MAX's Organizational Values

Community
MAX’s sole purpose is to enable our participants to successfully fulfill their organizational missions. We strive to always keep the participants' institutional mission service goals in mind, be a trusted partner in participant initiatives and unique contributions to our society.

Integrity
We understand that trust is something that is earned everyday with everyone we work with. We strive for transparency in what we do and say to the best of our ability. We act in accordance with the responsibilities our participants have entrusted us with and always do our best to act on behalf of their interests.

Innovation
We will maintain currency with best practices and strive to be leaders in areas of networking expertise. We will be open to the quality of new ideas, explore new practices and technologies, learn from them, and disseminate what was successful as well as what failed. We will monitor emerging changes in the networking environment and let our participants know what we believe to be important to help them prepare for change. We will act as a knowledge broker and source of networking expertise for our participants.

People
The core strength and abilities of MAX is our staff and the teamwork they demonstrate. We will respect each individual and treat everyone fairly. We will help individuals grow their competencies through supervised coaching, training opportunities, and attending professional conferences. We will strive to maintain a work environment that fosters individual growth, learning, teamwork, and cooperation.
